The hotel has some room for improvement but provided a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, albeit needing some maintenance, offering a cozy night's sleep. The service lacked a bit of warmth and training, affecting the overall experience. The location was a bit secluded, lacking nearby dining options. The dining experience was satisfactory but could use more variety. Overall, a decent stay for the price.

The hotel's rooms had a bit of an unused smell and were outdated, badly finished, and possibly even dangerous, with a tiny bath. On the plus side, the breakfast area was very clean.

Service

The service staff had to be found to supply replacements, but they were very friendly and kind. Especially Milad, who was really helpful and professional, going out of his way to assist, including carrying my bag to my room due to my disability. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The location was perfect for me, being close to the Alexander Stadium and Sandwell Aquatics Centre. While the hotel is not very convenient overall, the recently refurbished area was welcoming, and the outside and car park were great.
